THIS APP DOES NOT WORK!!!!!

The description says this works with the C930. It also works with my HD 920. I needed a simple zoom for my video calls. Its perfect…and free!

No ability to control the camera functions from the app at all with Yosemite.

I’m now able to adjust the focus, lighting, color, and even the zoom with this app. The fact that this app works with the Logitech C615 seems to be a pretty well kept secret by Logitech for some reason. I’m running Yosemite 10.10.1, and it seems to be working fine.

This application let me turn off auto white balance on my logitech camera which I was thrilled about. The application works on my older logitech cameras as well. Try it out, you wont be dissapointed.

Everytime my camera is unplugged I loose all the settings and it reverts back to default.

Despite listing this app as compatible with Mac OS 10.7 or later, Logtech customer support just confirmed that it DOES NOT work with Yosemite. Their wording: "Unfortunately, the Logitech Camera Setting is only compatible until Mac 10.9.” - Logitech customer support email. Come on Logitech, you have had enough time to update the software! Shoddy support.

No problems whatsover. Great little tool and easy to use.

Works like a charm for PTZ functions with Logitech C930E. Provides a lot of control functions that have been hard to find on a Web Cam for OSX. MacBook Pro running OSX 10.10.2.

All the settings seem to work with the C615. So glad I didn’t buy a 3rd party software! Wishlist: allow soom to be set to 1.5. It can be set to 1,2,3…, but no 1.5.

I had a webcam from logitech, but the auto focus did not work very well and it would not have a clear picture of my face. This added manual focus so I can set the focus properly and make the image clear.

I was shocked and dismayed when I found out my brand new Logitech C920 webcam came with no software to adjust the image settings. The only software available through Logitech was WINDOWS-ONLY!! On research I found that this free software works just fine with the C920. My problem with the camera is that the default color settings were way too bluish. It made me look like a corpse, and for business Skype sessions it looked amateurish. Once I downloaded and installed this software I went to the Advanced Settings and moved the White Balance to 75% which warmed up the image markedly. The webcam’s image now look natural and inviting instead of cold and dead. I highly recommend this software, and the free price is terrific.

This is an improvement on the native Logitech app which does not have zoom. It would be better if the zoom could be variable instead of the large, fixed steps.

Thanks for thinking about the Mac user. Still looking for frame rate and DPI settings.

This is the only application Logitech suggests for my 930e cameras, and it’s a major letdown. The cameras get stuck at 1.4 zoom, and hitting the zoom out button does not reset them to 1.0 zoom. The ONLY way to fixe the camera zoom is to hit the “Restore to defaults” button. This application also can not handle multiple cameras. I have 2 cameras, but it will onyl work on one at a time. Big oversight by Logitech, but they clearly did not put much thought at all into this application. I expected far more form Logitech. Application is 2 years old. TIME FOR AN UPDATE LOGITECH!

This app works well for the C920 on my Mac Pro. However, I really wanted the capability of controlling the LED recording indicator. Please add this feature!

I use the C270. But I can’t control focous or zoom. :/ But it works for white balance. IDK maybe the C270 is just a poor camera.

This version of the software appears to break the C615 zoom capability, which was working in the earlier version, Version 3.31.572 (1), OS 10.10.5. Suggest you rename and keep the older version before updating.

I have the same issue with zooming on C525. Zooming used to work on previous release and now doesn’t work anymore. Please fix. Otherwise this was a great 5 star app that has been useful to me for about a year now.

As the previous reviewers note, this app was awesome until this latest update. Now I can no longer use the zoom feature on my c615. Please fix/revert ASAP. Thanks!
